Wait

"Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord" (Psalm 27:14, NIV)

Wait.

I despise that word.

Wait.

I am not a very patient person......

Twice in this verse David tells us to wait....wait. 

I don't think I'm alone with not liking this word.  Wait.  Wait. Wait.  ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there is something in my life that the Lord shakes His head at continually with me, it's yep you guessed it:  waiting.

I want stuff and want it now, I want things to happen and I want it now......

That's not the way it works, timing is everything.  God's timing.

So in my struggle I will try better to wait.  Wait for the Lord.
